You have three distinct paths forward:

  • Maintain Status Quo: Remain a 14th Amendment citizen, participate in the current electoral process, and hope for future change within the de facto system.
  • Join the Republic: Get involved with the Republic for the united States of America. It is important to note our foundational commitment to restoring the will of the "People" based on original principles.
  • Declare Sovereignty: Exercise your unalienable rights to form your own nation and declarations of freedom, acknowledging the free will granted to all men by the Creator.

Republic as instituted by the initial intent of James Madison and the original framers is what we are moving back to. If in the course of moving ahead, the people wish something different, the Constitution can be amended.

It is done. If the Constitution requires amendment that can be accomplished through amendment.

In the early days of our Republic there were at the time of voting approximately 2,000 people involved. Nearly all voted, 70% or more which is about 54% more than votes in the UNITED STATES CORPORATION. So you see, we did have a national election. 14th amendment citizens are not a party to the restored “Republic of the united States of America.”

The UNITED STATES CORPORATION only has jurisdiction inside the District of Columbia and a few other territories and not any of our Republic States.

No, reform was offered, they were not interested. In admiralty law, once they did not follow the lawful orders to “reform”, i.e., you have the right to seek alternative remedy. We used the Restored Republic and the constructs that we have built and are building to accomplish this. If at some time in the future if the de facto government fails, and that seems certain, we will have the construct available to invite them into the de jure form of government. They would have to denounce the corporation and all ties to the Crown, Vatican, etc. Plus an added bonus, BAR’ed attorneys cannot hold public office.

You do not have to sign. However, understand that the overwhelming majority of the movement is in fact Christian. We are aware that some that are involved are having problems with prayer, etc but even they concede that “all law” can be traced back to the Holy Bible. Therefore, if this nation recognizes that Creator God commanded such things as; “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you,” and that government only has 2 jobs, “protect the people," and “come down hard on those that would in any way harm the people;" then we are starting off with some good constructs. Further, if man would adhere to the Ten Commandments then we wouldn’t have such an oppressive government or bankers. The founding fathers and the documents they created were, “in fact,” not speculation but based on God’s law. The Declaration of Independence and the Constitution are full of references and understanding straight from the Bible.
